BUSINESS OUTLOOK & COMPANY HEALTH UPDATE
SETH ANDERSON ~ STATE OF THE COMPANY ADDRESS AUDIO PLAYBACK [4.15.20]:
UPDATE #29 – 4.28.20
Good Evening Everyone,
It has been two weeks since I hosted a State of the Company Address and three weeks since our last COVID-19 Q&A session. These sessions are an opportunity for our supervisors and managers to receive updates and have their questions answered. If you have questions or concerns regarding new policies, safety measures, or the company in general please let your supervisors know, and you can also respond to this email. <<Supervisors and Managers — please let me know if you would like to meet virtually next Wednesday, May 6th, for another Q&A session.>>
For our Colorado employees, we will hold an All Hands Meeting sometime this summer. It’s highly likely we will be forced to limit the number of attendees if done at our Centennial office, therefore we will do something virtually. Look for more information on Weifield Weekly and the May newsletter in the next week or so.
Our Texas team members continue to work, and Texas is ahead of Colorado on opening parts of the economy. We will watch this closely as things progress so we can capture any lessons learned. We are planning on opening up the corporate office in the next few weeks. Our COO, Tim Markham, sent out an email to those based in our offices today, and the target right now is Monday, May 18th. More information will be sent out as we get closer detailing the return to the office procedures.
A big thank you to everyone for being diligent about following the rules and keeping your fellow workers safe. You make it possible for us to continue to operate every day.
