EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT SURVEY – 1H21
As mentioned at our All-Hands Meeting on Thursday, May 20th and also on the Weifield Weekly the past few weeks — we are launching an internal employee engagement survey which is designed for you to tell us what we are doing well and what we need to improve.

A few notes about the survey:
- The survey should take you no more than 15 minutes to complete
- You have until Friday, June 25th to submit your survey responses
- Please be honest/direct about your experience at Weifield; the survey is completely confidential and all responses will be anonymous
- If you would like direct follow-up regarding your survey responses, please add your name to the end of the survey
- Survey results will be shared with the company before the end of July
- A Weifield Engagement Task Force will be established to review the survey results and focus on potential areas of improvement; if you’re interested in being part of this task force, please let your manager know
