ENGAGEMENT SURVEY FOR 1H 2021 IS CLOSED – SOME INITIAL RESULTS TO SHARE!

Weifield’s 1H 2021 Employee Engagement survey closed last Friday.  Thank you to everyone that completed.  Some high level results:

Survey Recipients: 520 employees

Survey Responses: 225 employees (43%, better than average of 30%)

Location

>  Colorado – 178 (96 office/82 field)
>  Texas – 35 (6 Office/29 Field)
>  Wyoming – 12 (3 office/9 Field)

Business Function

>  Precon – 32 (14%)
>  CO/WY Ops – 132 (59%)
>  TX Ops – 30 (13%)
>  Prefab/VDC – 10 (4%)
>  Support Services – 21 (9%)

Job Role

>  Individual Contributor – 120 (53%)
>  People Leader – 105 (47%)

Highest Score Responses (Strongly Agree + Agree)

>  I know what I need to do to be successful in my role: Strongly Agree – 36.4%, Agree – 55.1% (91.5%)
>  I am proud to work for Weifield: Strongly Agree – 42.2%, Agree – 45.3% (87.5%)
>  I would recommend Weifield as a great place to work: Strongly Agree – 36.4%, Agree – 47.1% (83.5%)
>  My manager is a great role model for me and other employees: Strongly Agree – 39.1%, Agree – 40.4% (79.5%)

Lowest Score Responses (Strongly Agree + Agree)

>  I am satisfied with Weifield’s benefits package (includes medical benefits, HSA contribution, EAP….: Strongly Agree – 16%, Agree – 29.8% (45.8%)
>  I believe I am compensated fairly relative to my local market: Strongly Agree – 13.3%, Agree – 36% (49.3%)
>  Most of the systems and processes here support us getting our work done effectively: Strongly Agree – 17.3%, Agree – 40.4% (57.7%)
>  Day-to-day decisions here demonstrate that quality and improvement are top priorities: Strongly Agree – 22.2%, Agree – 42.2% (64.4%)

Next Steps

>  Reports are being created to look at the data by category (Business Function, Job Role, Years of Services, Location, etc.) and identify the opportunities for improvement
>  The full results will be shared/published by mid-July
>  We will be asking for people to volunteer to be part of the Engagement Task Force to address several of the opportunities, please look for an email from Engagement soon to sign up.
