“LED THE TEAM TO A SUCCESSFUL FINISH”: FERGUSON WAREHOUSE PROJECT CLIENT KUDO!

6.16.21

The Ferguson Warehouse project is a new 450,000 sq. ft. tilt-up warehouse in Aurora, CO with 4,000-amp service and 100% generator backup; the warehouse utilizes material handling equipment to send and receive inventory for distribution via their 75 loading docks. The facility also has an auto-pick section where robots automatically pick, pack, and deliver inventory in a multi-tiered storage system. Weifield recently worked with Whiting-Turner (General Contractors) on a 200,000 sq. ft. Phase 2 of the project – which completed in February of this year.

Whiting-Turner was especially thankful for Weifield’s leadership and attention to keep the progress moving ahead despite multiple changes during the project.

Said Cody Covey, Whiting-Turner Lead Superintendent: “Weifield’s foreman led the team to a successful finish on this first of forty projects we are completing for this client across the country. As the project progressed, there were so many electrical items that were added or changed to get this building perfect so Ferguson’s future projects could mirror our successes. Weifield ensured they had the necessary manpower and material on hand to always hit the ground running.”

Thank you to our TEAM for creating yet another happy Weifield client – onto the next! GREAT JOB, Ferguson crew!
