NEW FEATURES FROM MICROSOFT TEAMS TO COLLABORATE BETTER!
Greetings Weifield Team,
To keep everyone informed and up to date on the newest additions to the Microsoft platforms that we use, we wanted to update everyone on some of the features that will offer a more collaborative and interactive experience for you and your team. Microsoft Teams brought whiteboards, polls, and PowerPoint Live to your virtual meetings, which are all useful tools to incorporate as a team that is sometimes often spread around different locations when folks can’t be in the same room together.
It’s easy to pull up a Whiteboard and start sharing ideas. In your Teams meeting, tap on the share button, and you will see Whiteboard show up among the options. Also, sharing the PowerPoint presentation alone in Microsoft Teams will give your viewers a more interactive experience if you are presenting to a group.
For some more information on those new key features and how to most effectively use them, check out this article (link below) explaining them further from Nicole Herskowitz, a Microsoft Teams General Manager. And as always, let us know if you need any help accessing a new function or need help getting the hang of it.
