WorkforceGo! – Will be utilized by our HR/Payroll teams.  Timing: December 27, 2021.  Description:An HRIS/Payroll system facilitating smoother processes in recruiting, HR management, payroll, & employee self service.  What It Means to You: This replaces Procore time entry and will be your employee portal where you will do time/time off tracking, make address changes, retrieve paystubs, and more.

Sharepoint – Will be utilized by all employees.  Timing: January 1, 2022.  Description: This system is part of Office 365 and incorporates capabilities to track construction project files/document management,
tracks daily logs/daily reports, and houses informational details on our projects.  What It Means to You:This replaces our internal file share servers & Procore, and will serve as a company intranet to eventually
replace the Weifield app and house the WiredIn newsletters and Weifield Weekly.

Sage Intacct – Will be utilized by the Accounting, Purchasing & Accounting teams.  Timing: January 1, 2022.  Description: Replaces our current Dynamics SL system which was only used for accounting functions and project reporting; it will house the company accounting functions, as well as construction reporting, budgeting, project status dashboards, forecasting (Gross Margins), and material requisition process.  What it Means to You: Many of our current manual/Excel forms are being replaced with this system which will increase cross-department efficiencies and facilitate real-time access to project statuses.


Service Titan – Will be utilized by our Service team.  Timing: December 27, 2021.  Description: Modern Service call application with current mobile texting capabilities that tracks service visits, coordinates dispatch scheduling, and integrates marketing capabilities to proactively reach out to customers with current offerings and position our Service division for growth.  What it Means to You:This replaces Weifield’s current FieldConnect app and expands on the functionality to benefit Service.

Salesforce CRM – Will be utilized by Preconstruction & Management.  Timing:This system went live in January 2021, with continued improvements and phases in progress.  Description:Salesforce is a new customer relationship management software (replacing our former Microsoft Dynamics CRM system) that tracks all the project/customer opportunities we pursue.  What it Means to You:Salesforce will allow
Preconstruction to know the status of future work and reach out to clients in connection with our project pursuits.

Paymode-x – Will be utilized by our Accounts Payable Team and Project Managers.  Timing: January 1, 2022.  Description:This system automates the vendor invoicing process and allow vendors direct access to PDF copies of all invoices.  What it Means to You:This will provide us transparency with respect to materials received and charged to projects, as well as the ability for our PMs to access this real-time data at their fingertips.

Other Systems Currently Being Evaluated: We are currently testing a safety audit system called iAuditor at five job sites; this system captures the safety performance of a job and will tie into the project
Sharepoint sites.
