Human Resources and Recruiting Coordinator

General Job Description

The Human Resources and Recruiting Coordinators main expectation is to make our HR & recruiting process best in class. The HR & Recruiting Coordinator will shepherd candidates through all company interview processes to ensure every candidate has an exceptional experience.

Location:  Centennial, CO

Company Responsibilities

  -> Business Process Analysis and Documentation: Research, analyze, and document the apprenticeship process at Weifield finding ways to be more efficient, profitable and maintain all legal compliances.  This involves conducting meetings with the General Manager, senior operations management team in each Weifield company, Human Resources and Training Director as needed .

  -> Identify Solutions for Improvement in the Organization: Through process analysis, this individual shall determine areas of improvement in terms of efficiency and company effectiveness, developing appropriate solutions.

  -> Tool Analysis: Research potential tools to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes.  Tool analysis and development should be executed closely with both software development and the chief technology officer.

  -> Training/Mentoring: Promote the professional growth of the team. Continually pursue opportunities for personal career/training development.

  -> Recruiting: Continually seek and refer potential employees to the Weifield Human Resources department and the management team.

  -> Industry Awareness: Continually seek industry and market information to provide Weifield with the information necessary for successful business development.

Job Specific Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  -> Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to set up and maintain an exceptional candidate experience

  -> You will be the face of the company for both candidates and interviewers during the hiring process

  -> Schedule interviews across the company and multiple time zones

  -> Assist recruiting team with sourcing new candidates and reviewing resumes in Lever

  -> Coordinate pre- and post-interview syncs with hiring panel and assist in collecting feedback

  -> Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS

  -> Post job openings broadly and keep a pulse on candidate flow

  -> Work closely with the team to continually refine our recruiting processes

  -> Ensure that all NDAs have been submitted for each candidate during the virtual onsite interviews stage

  -> Assist with the new hire process, including assisting and ensuring new hires properly complete on-boarding process, submit and process paperwork to appropriate departments, create new employee files, coordinate orientation, and support training efforts

  -> Assist HR & recruiting with various other projects; IE answering phones, picking up permits, clerical assistance.

  -> Attention to detail in all areas of responsibility

  -> Organized – you love lists and checking things off

  -> Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  -> Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  -> Proficiency with MS Office, Google Apps, & Google Calendar

  -> Assist Safety with reporting and workers comp claim

  -> Process unemployment for TX employees

-> Adhoc responsibilities and projects as assigned to support the office, Human Resources and Recruitment.

Qualifications/Skills Required

  -> 0 – 2 years of HR coordinator, recruiting coordinator or administrative experience

  -> Previous experience at a fast-paced industry

  -> Familiarity working with an Applicant Tracking System, particularly an HRIS, JazzHR, Kronos or WorkForce GO!

  -> History of successful management of projects or implementation and documentation of processes

  -> Ability to work in an organized and self-managed fashion within time constraints and legal compliance requirements.

  -> Ability to research, compile, present, document and execute new rules, regulations and requirements related to employment law.

  -> Strong computer skills including MS Office suite, Adobe and ability to learn new systems quickly

  -> Must have strong oral communication skills, active listening skills, and excellent writing skills.

  -> Must be able to work cooperatively with a variety of personalities and departments/locations.

  -> Experience with working in fast-paced environment

  -> Bilingual- Preferred

Reporting

The Human Resources and Recruiting Coordinator reports to the HR Manager.

Compensation Package

Pay Rate:                                                               Exempt: $ 52k – 65k Salary

Car Allowance or Company Vehicle:               None

Cell Phone Allowance:                                       $75.00/Month

Employee & Family Health Insurance:           Healthcare 100% of the “Base Plan” by WGC 1st of the month following date of hire

Voluntary Dental/Vision Insurance:               Paid by employee based on coverage selection 1st of the month following date of hire

Disability & Accident Insurance:                      Paid by employee based on coverage selection 1st of the month following date of hire

Life Insurance:                                                     Paid by company at rate of $50,000 policy, 1st of the month following date of hire

EAP:                                                                        Provided by Mines and Associates on behalf of Weifield Group

PTO:                                                                       10 Days

Paid Holidays:                                                       Seven paid holidays per year.

401k/Safe Harbor:                                              Participate after 60 days. Weifield matches 100% of investment up to 4% after one year of consistent employment.
