Quality Mindset Challenge – Week #9

4.10.19

Special Projects Office is facilitating a new, exciting, 12-week challenge called the Quality Mindset Challenge!

We will be getting into the details of how to develop a quality mindset in the workplace & working each week on a new focus point around developing a quality mindset.

  • This week is about cultivating a positive attitude. Taking our attitude beyond positive thinking in order to break old habits and create new futures for ourselves.
  • Week #8 encourages cultivating a positive attitude. We are studying our strengths using the StrengthsFinder assessment & we are looking at our Myers-Briggs Personality Types to determine our stressors and how to alleviate stress. A positive attitude leads to more happiness, confidence, growth, creativity, etc. If we are able to train our minds to be more positive, then the lense through which we experience the world can be brighter.
  • A positive attitude directly correlates to a quality mindset. The will to succeed itself is a result of the positive thoughts that direct us on the path to success and keep us motivated throughout the journey.

“It isn’t what you have or who you are or where you are or what you are doing that makes you happy or unhappy. It is what you think about it.” – Dale Carnegie

We are so excited to see how we grow in terms of Weifield’s (4) core values throughout the challenge – People, Advance Process, Community, Trusting Relationships. 🙂
