USEFUL TIP TO START UTILIZING THE MICROSOFT ONE DRIVE TOOL!

As we have mentioned before, in attempt from the IT team to enhance security and safety we wanted to give a useful tip to start utilizing the Microsoft One Drive tool to keep your files secured and backed up, so they don’t get lost if something were to happen to your PC.
One Drive is Microsoft’s web-based storage and sharing platform. It allows you as end users to store your personal files and provides a more collaborative experience with your other employees.
A reason it’s so beneficial for us at Weifield is that we are utilizing the whole Microsoft suite already, so this is already deemed more universal for us than some alternatives such as Drop Box and others, and as we convert to SharePoint – it will make sharing and collaborative just that much more seamless.
One Drive is very easy to set up and get started, and it will automatically back up all of your data to your cloud-based account as you make changes to files and create new documents on your PC.
