Hello, Weifield Team:

As promised, we are sharing the Weifield 2021 Engagement survey results which were gathered during our three-week company-wide survey process in June, 2021 – please see the PDF attachment for the full survey results.

WHO PARTICIPATED:

>  520 Received
>  225 Responded – 43% Response Rate
>  [See full results, attached below, for responses by region]

WHAT WAS ASKED:

>  19 questions with 5 response options (across company topics – career opportunities, benefits/comp, communication, & more)
>  3 open-ended questions about what we’re doing well and what needs improvement

NEXT STEPS:

  1. Department Review — Each LT member will review results at a deeper level & share additional findings as needed
  2. Future Betterment Teams – We are establishing three company-wide Future Betterment teams to tackle the three main areas of opportunity: Total Rewards (Comp & Benefits), Communication, and Process.  We need volunteers to dig deeper, talk to more employees, research and make recommendations to make these areas better.  The Future Betterment Teams will do this between August 16 and September 30.

LT/Company Leaders: Please share these survey results in your L10’s – and Field Leadership, please share the results at the Foreman’s meetings in August, as well.

Future Betterments Team Volunteers: If you are interested in being a part of the Future Betterments Teams, please send an email with your interest to Engagement@weifieldgroup.com by August 6.
