WEIFIELD’S CONTINUED PATH FORWARD FOR OUR OFFICE OPERATIONS

11.19.20

Hello Weifield Employees,

As many of you may be aware, on Tuesday November 17 the Governor of Colorado announced revised COVID-19 restrictions that take effect this Friday, 11/20/2020.  The new restrictions move 15 Colorado counties to level RED (severe COVID-19 risk) – this includes Arapahoe County where our Centennial offices are located.

The construction industry has been and still is categorized an essential industry, therefore we will continue to keep the office open so that we can support our field and day-to-day operations. With these considerations in mind, we will continue with the current protective measures in the office which are mandatory for everyone coming to the office including the following:

  • Taking temperatures when entering
  • Wearing a mask when you are out of your seat
  • Limiting the number of people in a conference rooms
  • Social distancing in open space
  • Providing hand sanitizers throughout our buildings
  • Not allowing suppliers or guests to enter without prior approval

Note:  Weifield did close the 6950 office in mid-March and reopened in mid-May as we needed time to understand the situation and put protective measures in place to keep our employees safe and healthy.  The 7000 office never closed so that Prefab, shipping/receiving and the warehouse could support the field.

We want everyone to feel safe and be safe and we believe by providing these protective measures we are protecting the health of our employee base.  However, if you feel uncomfortable coming in, please get with your immediate supervisor to discuss.

Additionally – please refer to the attached for Weifield’s Covid19 Guidelines/Decision Matrix – and remember if you become ill, please do not come to the office.

Thank you for your attention to this important message and we truly value all that you do for Weifield, our employees and our clients.

Best regards,

Timothy T. Markham
