“WEIFIELD’S TEAM EFFECTIVELY MANAGED PROBLEM SOLVING AND COORDINATION”: PROJECT RODEO CLIENT KUDO!

9.28.21

Our Large Construction division’s Project Rodeo project in Colorado Springs, CO started in January 2020; it consisted of the new construction of a 3.8M sq. ft., five-floor distribution warehouse and parking lot on 70 acres of land near the Colorado Springs Airport. Project Rodeo was virtually designed built, which was done in house, with a fast track schedule. Construction includes lighting, one-line, and power distribution. The infrastructure includes installation of over two miles of 6” conduits and manholes for the Colorado Springs Utility, along with the excavation, compaction and dust control. The utility conduits come off the main street and feed services at different locations around the building.

The Project Rodeo client was especially thankful for Weifield’s problem solving, coordination and ‘can-do’ team attitude.

Said Chris Theiss, Project Rodeo client: “Weifield’s team effectively managed problem solving and coordination with the many stakeholders to ensure proper execution. Weifield was willing to step in and supplement other teams’ labor if they were struggling to keep with the demanding fast paced schedule and demands that we put on their contractor team. This positive can-do team attitude was a great benefit to the overall success of the project. I would recommend Weifield be strongly considered for any future or similar related projects.”

Thank you to our TEAM for creating yet another happy Weifield client! GREAT JOB, Project Rodeo crew!
